While working as a Modeling, Simulations, and Data Science Engineer intern at Donaldson Company, I produced baseline CFD analysis of on-site environments to understand which parameters and parts of model geometries are critical. The end goal of the project is automating much of this CFD setup and data post-processing work, so understanding which parameters matter most is crucial to automating the process. I also developed a CFD velocity validation tool which eliminates significant manual labor by automating many parts of the validation process.
